Virtual Human Interaction Lab

Recent studies have shown that the Stanford Interaction Laboratory where someone would watch themselves in the digital world physically geting slimmer by working out and going through physical activity in the virtual world would directly affect the way one would act outside of this. This studies says that someone would change their work out and eating habits if they watched themselves on the computer and seeing that it would actually work. I disagree with this study although it was proven true, I think that alot of people would not change their habits just by watching themselves. Another interesting point that was brought up was that after someone were to see themselves on the screen physically becoming more in shape they would mentally gain more confidence in the outside world. I think if you were to watch yourself enough on the computer as a slim lean and fit person this would change the way you would interact with other people, I feel you would gain a new sense of confidence because this has been put into your brain that this is how you look.
